I am very excited to share the newly revealed cover for the next book in the Lost Immortals series, When Tidal Waves Call. I have awaited this day for what seems like forever!
If anyone recalls from my reviews of When Copper Suns Fall and When Silver Moons Rise, author KaSonndra Leigh is a friend of mine, and she is absolutely incredible. She is never short on wonderful phrases and uplifting sayings, for one – which is really interesting to me, considering this series is certainly not lighthearted or whimsical at all. But it is amazing!
About When Tidal Waves Call
Series: The Lost Immortals #3
Expected release: June 2014
Genre: Dystopian, Fantasy, Romance, Paranormal
The utopian society that Chela Prizeon once lived in is corrupted—divided by fear of an ancient prophecy and scarred by past betrayals between the humans and exiled celestials. So when given a chance to explore the world on the other side of the Borderlands, Chela seizes it, gaining an unlikely ally in the process. Perhaps beyond the veil, she and Faris will find a way to save his land, the sleeping world, and begin a new life, free from lies, tangled loyalties, and painful memories. But Chela fights a darkness growing stronger each time she uses her power. She also finds herself falling under the alluring spell of someone she once considered her greatest enemy. Old discoveries are quickly rendered meaningless. Explosive new truths will change the hearts of those she loves.
And once again, Chela must struggle to understand the complexities of her forbidden world—and of herself—while facing significant choices about loyalty, sacrifice, honor and love. Told from engaging multiple point-of-views, When Tidal Waves Call, by #1 internationally best-selling author KaSonndra Leigh, brings the Lost Immortals Saga to a powerful conclusion while revealing the secrets of the dystopian-fantasy world that has captivated readers in When Copper Suns Fall and When Silver Moons Rise.
About KaSonndra Leigh
Author of the Bestselling Lost Immortals Saga and the International Bestseller the Prelude. I’m also a mother, blogger, reader, gardener, home renovator, and a slayer of undead Egyptian mummies in Tomb Raider. I believe in karma, coffee, and seriously wish that the producers of Xena would bring my favorite show ever back.
I was born in the race-car city of Charlotte, NC, and now live in the City of Alchemy and Medicine, NC. Most of my characters are based on people that I’ve met throughout my travels and adventures. People tend to stop and start conversations with me as if I’ve known them my entire life. Does this freak me out? Not really. My mom says that one day I’ll get kidnapped by one of them. I told her that if it weren’t for these lovely people then I wouldn’t be able to create the stories that I do.
Some other common tidbits…hmm. I’ve watched the movie Under the Tuscan Sun almost 200 times. Seriously, the way I see it is if I keep watching it enough, then suddenly the house that Diane Lane lives in will magically appear in my backyard. I know. I have a huge imagination!
